SHIPPING

We ship across India. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days and delivered within 7–12 business days depending on your location.

Free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Standard shipping charges apply below ₹999.

International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified first.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for items that are:
- Damaged or defective on arrival
- Incorrectly sent (wrong size or wrong product)

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

To initiate a return, email us at support@groundgaze.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item. We will respond within 24–48 hours.

Please note: As our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues unless the product is defective.
